I made an attempt at creating a color image using B&W film using the Harris Shutter effect. I took 3 images with a locked exposure using a red blue and green filter, I then I colored the appropriate photos in photoshop and combined them to make a color image. This is the result.

It's easy to take a water drop picture with a DSLR, so I had to make an attempt with the Fuji F30 point and shoot. If there was more standing water on the CD, it would have made more of a crown, but I'm pleased with this result.

Success! Sorta. I did get the CD to explode like I tried the other day, but the flash duration was too long so the pieces are too blurry. I should have upped the ISO and dropped the flash power. I also should have turned down the delay on the trigger, but I cut my finger in the making of this shot so I didn't want to try again today. I'll revisit this another day.
